Jonathan Sherk

Jonathan serves as a State and Local Programs Manager at Auburn University’s McCrary Institute, managing cybersecurity programs funded by federal grants, contracts, and congressional adds. He brings extensive expertise in cybersecurity from leading red team assessments as a Department of the Army Civilian in Intelligence and as a veteran of Army Special Operations in 7th Special Forces Group and 112th Signal Battalion. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Information Systems from Auburn University, and holds certifications: ISSMP, CISSP, C|EH, and RTAC.
