Matt Kemph

Matt Kemph is a technology, national security and venture capital leader with more than 18 years of experience driving mission-focused innovation. As Vice President of Mission Partnerships Operations at IQT, he advances outreach, strengthens partner engagement and accelerates adoption of emerging technologies across the national security community. His career includes early work at Nike, multiple leadership roles at the National Security Agency (including program and platform management), and directing CFIUS risk management within the Department of War CIO at the Pentagon. A seasoned entrepreneur, he co-founded two startups and exited one in 2019. He holds degrees in Management Information Systems (Auburn University) and Network Security (Capitol Technology University), and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
