Cyber informed engineering: Getting engineers to live security-by-design

Security-by-design, especially for control systems built and operated by engineers, is a national priority. The National Cyber-Informed Engineering Strategy, endorsed in the March 2023 National Cyber Strategy, offers a path to finally realize this goal.
